There are three components to learning about Accounting Literacy in a Digital Age.
Foundational Education and Theory (cognitive frameworks and concepts)
Data Management Theory - Manual and Digital Systems (Spreadsheets and Databases)
Data Management Practice - Digital Systems
The Education and Theory is best obtained via reading, self study quizzes, and some type of group or guided review to help ensure the concepts learned were understood properly. Verbal banter that encourages application of knowledge in a proper manner is key to solidifying concepts
The Digital Data Management Practice , meaning the use of digital systems for "doing" sales system and bookkeeping work should be done in a supervised setting or with supervision readily available to make sure technology frustrations do not interfere with uptake until a minimum level of proficiency is achieved. The use of computers with mutliple monistors is HIGHLY advised.
We know exactly how to do this in a "one on one" situations.
We've done that already.
That can be done in a "cost effective manner" IF the student already has technology and cloud technology foundations.
If a technology literate student has the ability to pay for 1 on 1 support and can find someone that can assist them with it that is a viable way to learn.
Our goal now is also to develop video and/or audio systems for support as well.
Our goal now is to develop individuals capable of leading others 1 on 1 and in groups in ways that makes commercial sense for all involved.
As of 8/12/2024 this website went online and in the coming days and weeks we will be initiating outreach to various communities to seek support to bring Guided Study programs into being.
